3 tablespoons of olive oil.
2 tablespoons of water.
2 cups of shelled broad beans.
2 tablespoons of butter.
Salt and black pepper, to taste.
Heat the olive oil with 2 tablespoons of water.
Fry the beans until tender, they will quickly absorb water and should be done in about 12 minutes.
Before serving, mix in the butter and season to taste with salt and pepper.
